The Northern Plains Leadership Movement (NPLM), established by the North Central Association of North American Baptist Churches, exists to intentionally network churches in the Northern Plains Region. It helps these churches effectively use educational resources and experiences so men and women committed to God’s redemptive purposes might be developed and nurtured as Christian leaders.
