Where can we find more leaders in the Northern Plains Region? Churches in the Manitoba Baptist Association and North Central Association seem to be constantly trying to find more people to take up leadership roles. But how do we find people with potential and then help them grow into leaders?

Many churches do not have an intentional plan to get this done. That is why we have developed resources to help you do just that. Through coaching and specific approaches to training leaders, you can help people assume the leadership roles for which God designed them.

Northern Plains Leadership Movement

The Northern Plains Leadership Movement (NPLM) helps churches in the Northern Plains Region network and engage with educational resources and experiences so men and women committed to God’s redemptive purposes might be developed and nurtured as Christian leaders. Having focused for a number of years on curriculum produced by VantagePoint3, this knowledgeable group of leaders is working to include all five levels of leadership development promoted by the North American Baptist Conference.
