As a church in the Northern Plains Region, how are things going in YOUR church? I’m sure there are some strong, good things happening. Sometimes, familiarity can blind us to our realities, so there are probably some things that aren’t as good as you’d like. Either way, it is possible for your congregation to be more healthy spiritually, relationally and functionally.
That’s why I’m here. Church Enrichment is one of my three most important responsibilities.
You might call it preventative medicine.
Church Enrichment means
- Sensing a need in your ministry
- Evaluating important parts of what you do
- Seeking God’s direction to remedy weaker areas while keeping the strong things strong
- Changing for more effectiveness in obeying the commands of Christ
I can help you do that. I can use some evaluation tools. I can meet with your leadership team to help them chart a fitting direction. I can coach those who lead the process. I will help celebrate when y0ur successes.
